Georgia Ashman

Georgia joined Rodney Melville and Partners in April 2026. She previously worked for the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and undertook a variety of roles ranging from visitor engagement to the management of Shakespeare’s historic houses. While with the Trust she developed an interest in historic buildings and a passion for their conservation and preservation of their character and identity.

In addition to achieving her IOSH, First Aid and Carbon Literacy qualifications, Georgia has gained knowledge in site management and compliance, and has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. As Practice Administrator, she brings a very organised and motivated approach.
