Finnola obtained her Masters by Diploma in Architecture and Part lll professional qualifications in 2007 in Edinburgh, having previously been awarded a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Cork Institute of Technology. Finnola joined Rodney Melville and Partners as a Senior Architect in 2023 and is currently leading the renovation of a prominent Grade I Listed Building in Central London.   

Finnola has over 20 years experience redeveloping listed and new build projects from feasibility through to completion. Her specialisms include large and complex high-end developments which are either listed or in conservation settings. Finnola’s strengths in communicating with clients, design and delivery teams have a proven success in the efficient delivery and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams across all work stages of design and construction.
