School of Architecture and the Built Environment Wolverhampton
Client: University of Wolverhampton
The former Springfield Brewery is Grade II listed and contains fine examples of late Victorian brewery design. The site is set within the Springfield Conservation Area and the distinctive clock tower and pyramidal roof to the original brewhouse are local landmarks. The project involves the redevelopment of the site to create the University of Wolverhampton’s new School of Architecture and the Built Environment.

The Practice will continue involvement on the project working as part of the Contractor’s Design Team and as historic buildings advisor to the Client.
