Lincoln College, Oxford
The Berrow Foundation Building Oxfordshire
Client: Oxford University
Lincoln College, founded in 1427, retains more of the character of a 15th century college than any other in Oxford. The college has developed on a restricted site, with buildings of many periods, and now is mostly Grade I listed, within the Central Oxford Conservation Area.
Rodney Melville and Partners have acted as conservation architects to the College for a number of years and have most recently completed works with Stanton Williams to extend, reorder and repair the Berrow Foundation Building.
